7. Shipping and Delivery

Our current standard shipping terms are:

Standard shipping: $6.99 USD for eligible orders.
Free standard shipping: Available on eligible orders totaling $49.00 USD or more before tax.
Order processing: Generally 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit time: Generally 4–8 business days after the carrier receives the package.

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are excluded unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at service@jootic.shop. We will review the available tracking information and work with the carrier as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law concerning undelivered, lost, or incorrectly delivered orders.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

Returns, refunds, replacements, and claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The main conditions are summarized below:

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the full policy.
Products that have been used, washed after use, or soiled with food or liquids generally do not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer generally pays return shipping.
For confirmed defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items, Jootic will provide an appropriate resolution under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Contact us before returning any product. Email service@jootic.shop and wait for written return instructions and the designated return address. Do not send a return to an address shown elsewhere on our website unless we have confirmed in writing that it is the correct return address.
